Beaver Island Parts Company can Fabricate ANY Size O-Ring in our Custom O-Ring Manufacturing Facility.

We utilize a precision splice & vulcanizing process that permanently bonds o-rings to provide an extremely strong sealing solution. 

Vulcanization is a heating and molecular bonding process. The O-ring cord ends are fused together using heat, rubber adhesive, pressure, and time to chemically bond the joint, creating a continuous seal. Vulcanization causes the polymer chains in rubber to become cross-linked. The resulting product is a high quality, and durable custom size o-ring suitable for static sealing applications up to 1200 PSI.

Vulcanized o-rings are a good choice for static sealing applications, or ones where the o-ring does not come in contact with moving parts. They are not recommended in dynamic applications, where the o-ring is subjected to the stress of moving parts.
